Description
The AudioCodes SmartWORKS™ LD809-EH is an 8-port, next-generation analog passive/active telephony card engineered for high-performance call recording and telephony applications. Designed for use in analog environments, it offers both passive tapping and terminate-mode call handling, making it ideal for small to large offices, call centers, dispatch stations, and telephony monitoring systems.
The LD809-EH supports programmable voltage thresholds, on-demand voltage detection, polarity reversal detection, and minimum 18kΩ impedance, ensuring accurate line behavior across a wide range of analog networks. Its SmartWORKS™ API provides access to rich telephony features including tone detection/generation, caller ID, DTMF/MF detection, AGC/AVC, echo cancellation, media streaming, and start/stop call triggers.
With industry-exclusive built-in performance monitoring, support for up to 512 channels per system, and available PCI or PCI Express configurations, the LD809-EH delivers exceptional flexibility for scalable telephony recording and interactive voice applications.
