Description
The AudioCodes Mediant 1000B with 2 E1/T1 Spans (M1KB-D2) is a modular, enterprise-grade media gateway designed to deliver reliable voice connectivity for unified communications, SIP trunking, and TDM-to-VoIP environments.
This configuration includes the Mediant 1000B chassis, an Active/Standby pair of Gigabit Ethernet interfaces, and one module supporting 2 E1/T1 spans—providing high-availability redundancy and flexible voice deployment options.
The chassis supports expansion with additional Mediant 1000 Voice modules such as FXS, FXO, BRI, or additional T1/E1 interfaces, allowing organizations to scale capacity as requirements grow. For further GE redundancy, the M1KB-SWX module can be added to provide two additional Active/Standby GE interface pairs.
A one-year manufacturer’s warranty is included. Optional installation services and extended technical support are available separately.

Returns must be authorized before shipping back and must include all original packaging and accessories. Opened or used items are not returnable unless defective.
Some products—such as custom orders, special-order items, audio gear, software, and LED video walls—are non-returnable. Non-defective returns may be subject to a 20–30% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
