The AudioCodes Mediant 800C 4ET Survivable Branch Appliance (SBA) is an enterprise-grade platform engineered to maintain Microsoft Teams voice calling services even during WAN outages or loss of Office 365 connectivity. With support for 4 E1/T1 digital interfaces and 4 FXS analog ports, this device allows branch offices to continue making and receiving PSTN and internal calls independently of the cloud.
This Teams-certified SBA integrates an embedded SBC, gateway interfaces, and robust resiliency features to ensure reliable local telephony operations. It supports SIP trunk connectivity, PSTN breakout, local user-to-user calling, and seamless IP-PBX interoperability. The Mediant 800C also includes support for modern emergency calling standards, Local Media Optimization (LMO), and full compatibility with AudioCodes’ management and monitoring tools.
