Description
This is a Mellanox® MFA7A50-C015 compatible 100GBase-AOC QSFP28 to 4xSFP28 active optical cable that provides high-performance connectivity with a maximum reach of 15 meters over multi-mode fiber (MMF) at a wavelength of 850nm. Designed for data center, HPC, and enterprise networking environments, this active optical cable delivers an aggregate data rate of 103.1 Gbps across four independent full-duplex channels. Each channel supports a 25G electrical interface (OIF CEI-28G-VSR), ensuring high-speed data transfer and reliable performance.
The cable features low power consumption—2.5W for the QSFP28 terminal and 1.0W per SFP28 terminal—and operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. Built to comply with MSA (Multi-Source Agreement) standards and TAA (Trade Agreements Act) requirements, it is uniquely serialized, programmed, and thoroughly tested for data traffic and application compatibility.
