The AddOn Mellanox® MMS4X00-NM Compatible TAA 800GBase-DR8 PAM4 OSFP Transceiver delivers high-speed optical connectivity with support for 800G Ethernet throughput up to 500 m over single-mode fiber (SMF). Operating at a 1310 nm wavelength and utilizing 2×MPO-12 APC connectors, this hot-swappable transceiver ensures seamless integration into high-performance data center, cloud, and AI network infrastructures.

Built to meet or exceed OEM specifications, it is 100% compatible with the equivalent Mellanox® transceiver and fully compliant with IEEE 802.3cu-2021 and IEEE 802.3ck-2022 standards. Featuring 8×53.125 GBd PAM4 lanes, EML transmitters, PIN PD receivers, and DOM (Digital Optical Monitoring) support, it enables precise monitoring of real-time operating parameters. The module is also CMIS 5.0 compliant, TAA (Trade Agreements Act) compliant, RoHS-certified, and comes backed by AddOn’s limited lifetime warranty for unmatched reliability and performance.

Ideal for hyperscale data centers, HPC clusters, and next-generation Ethernet or InfiniBand NDR deployments, this OSFP transceiver offers scalable, high-bandwidth connectivity for the most demanding network environments.
