Description
The AddOn Mellanox® MMS4X00-NS400-AO is a high-performance 400GBase-DR4 PAM4 optical transceiver designed for next-generation data centers and high-speed networking applications. Featuring an OSFP112 RHS form factor, this hot-pluggable transceiver delivers 400Gbps data throughput (4×100G PAM4) over single-mode fiber (SMF) with a reach of up to 500 m at a wavelength of 1310 nm via an MPO connector.
Built to comply with IEEE 802.3bs 400GBASE-DR4 and IEEE 802.3ck electrical interface standards, it integrates internal CDR on both transmitter and receiver channels and supports CMIS Rev. 5.0 for seamless management. Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) enables real-time performance tracking, while its TAA compliance ensures suitability for government and enterprise deployments.
Every AddOn transceiver is programmed, uniquely serialized, and rigorously tested for traffic and application compatibility to ensure identical performance with Mellanox® OEM equivalents. With a cooled 1310 nm EML laser, low power consumption, and robust reliability, this transceiver is ideal for high-density, low-latency network environments.
