Description

The AddOn XFP-10GB-DW17-80-AO is a high-performance, MSA-compliant 10GBase-DWDM XFP transceiver designed for reliable long-distance networking. Supporting a maximum reach of 80km over single-mode fiber (SMF), this module operates at a 1563.86nm wavelength (ITU Channel 17, 100GHz spacing) and provides seamless 10Gbps throughput for 10-Gigabit Ethernet, Fibre Channel, and metro or enterprise applications.

It features a temperature-stabilized EML transmitter, APD receiver, and digital optical monitoring (DOM) for real-time performance tracking. With a hot-pluggable design, duplex LC connector, excellent ESD protection, and low EMI metal housing, it ensures durability and reliability. This transceiver is RoHS compliant, lead-free, TAA compliant, and backed by AddOn’s limited lifetime warranty.

Ideal for extending high-capacity networks across metro and long-haul deployments, this AddOn DWDM XFP ensures cost-effective, OEM-quality compatibility.
