Description
The AddOn Q400G-4Q56G-AOC25M is a high-performance 400GBase Active Optical Cable (AOC) designed for next-generation data center interconnects. This MSA and TAA compliant cable features a QSFP-DD connector on one end and four QSFP56 connectors on the other, enabling seamless 400G to 4x100G breakouts over a 25-meter active multi-mode fiber link. Operating at an 850nm wavelength, it leverages PAM4 modulation and supports multi-data rates up to 56.15 Gb/s per lane, ensuring low-latency, high-bandwidth connectivity.
Engineered for reliability and performance, the cable consumes just 7.6W on the 400G end and 2.3W on the 100G end (with all CDRs enabled) while maintaining hot-pluggable functionality and CMIS 4.0 compliance. With its LSZH-rated jacket, low power consumption, and robust performance across 0°C to 70°C operating temperatures, this active optical cable is ideal for data center switches, servers, storage systems, and NIC interconnect applications.
