Description
The AddOn SFP-16GB-DW23-40-AO is a high-performance, MSA-compliant SFP+ transceiver designed for 16G Fibre Channel and 10G Ethernet DWDM applications. Operating on ITU-T Channel DW23 (1558.98 nm), this module delivers 16GBase-DWDM throughput up to 40 km over single-mode fiber (SMF) via a duplex LC connector.
Engineered with a cooled EML transmitter and PIN receiver, it ensures superior signal integrity and performance even in demanding network environments. The transceiver also features Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics, hot-pluggable functionality, and excellent ESD protection. Fully TAA-compliant and RoHS certified, this transceiver integrates seamlessly into access, metro, and enterprise networks with guaranteed compatibility and reliability.
Each unit is individually serialized, tested for data traffic and applications, and backed by AddOn’s limited lifetime warranty, providing dependable, cost-effective optical networking for mission-critical deployments.
