The AddOn SFP-16GB-DW18-40-AO is a high-performance, MSA-compliant SFP+ transceiver designed for 16GBase-DWDM Fibre Channel applications. Operating on ITU Channel DW18 (191.8 THz, 1563.05 nm), it delivers reliable optical connectivity up to 40 km over single-mode fiber (SMF) using a duplex LC connector.
Built with a cooled EML transmitter and PIN receiver, this hot-pluggable transceiver offers excellent ESD protection, low EMI, and robust performance in commercial temperature environments (0 – 70 °C). Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) enables real-time diagnostics, while full TAA compliance ensures suitability for government and enterprise deployments.
