Description
The AddOn QSFPDD-8SFP28-PDAC1M-AO is an MSA and TAA compliant 200GBase-CU QSFP-DD to 8xSFP28 direct attach copper (DAC) cable designed for high-speed, low-latency connections between switches, routers, and servers. Operating over a passive twinax copper medium with a maximum reach of 1 meter, this cable offers reliable 200Gbps connectivity by splitting a single QSFP-DD port into eight 25Gbps SFP28 lanes. It is ideal for high-performance computing, data centers, and enterprise networking applications.
Built to meet industry standards such as IEEE 802.3bj/by/cd and SFF-8679/8636, this DAC supports I2C for EEPROM communication and features excellent EMI/EMC shielding, robust mechanical construction, and a pull-to-release latch design for easy installation. AddOn cables are rigorously tested, uniquely serialized, and backed by a limited lifetime warranty to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
