This Managed Services Program (MSP) offering ensures that, in the event of a covered hardware failure, a qualified technician is dispatched within four hours to perform the replacement on site.
This service is designed for organizations that require fast response times and hands-on support for mission-critical wireless infrastructure. It is a service-only RMA offering and does not include new access point hardware beyond replacement of the failed covered unit.
