The Tripp Lite B072-016-1-IP is a 16-port Cat5 KVM over IP switch designed for secure, centralized control of multiple servers from virtually anywhere. Supporting one local user and one remote user simultaneously, this rack-mountable KVM enables BIOS-level access over a network or the Internet, eliminating unnecessary trips to the server room.
Using standard Cat5e/6/6a cabling and compatible server interface units, servers can be located up to 100 feet from the switch while maintaining reliable VGA video performance up to 1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz. Dual Ethernet ports provide network redundancy to ensure uninterrupted remote access.
Advanced features such as Virtual Media support, multi-level user authentication, LDAP/S and RADIUS compatibility, and event logging make this KVM ideal for enterprise, data center, and government environments. Housed in a durable steel enclosure and compliant with TAA requirements, the B072-016-1-IP delivers dependable, secure server management in a compact 1U form factor.
