The AddOn Optelian® 1003-4748-AO is a high-performance, TAA-compliant 10GBase-DWDM XFP transceiver designed for long-reach optical networking applications. Operating on a wavelength of 1556.55 nm and delivering up to 80 km reach over single-mode fiber (SMF), this hot-pluggable module ensures reliable and high-speed data transmission for 10 GbE and 8G/10G Fibre Channel networks.
Engineered with a temperature-stabilized EML transmitter and APD receiver, it guarantees consistent optical performance across the 0 °C to 70 °C temperature range. The module supports Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics and features a duplex LC connector, low EMI design, and excellent ESD protection. Fully compliant with INF-8077i and rigorously tested for 100% compatibility, it is ideal for access, metro, and enterprise DWDM deployments requiring robust, long-distance connectivity.
