The AddOn Palo Alto Networks® PAN-QSFP-40GBASE-LR4-AO is a high-performance QSFP+ optical transceiver designed to deliver reliable 40GBase-LR4 Ethernet connectivity over single-mode fiber (SMF) up to 10 km. Operating across four wavelengths (1270 nm – 1330 nm), it provides excellent optical performance with low power consumption and robust signal integrity.
Engineered for seamless interoperability, this transceiver is 100% compatible with the equivalent Palo Alto Networks® module and complies with IEEE 802.3ba and SFF-8436 standards. It features a duplex LC connector, digital optical monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics, and hot-swappable functionality for simple deployment and maintenance. With TAA compliance, RoHS certification, and a rugged EMI-shielded housing, it is ideal for high-density data center, enterprise, and access network applications. AddOn transceivers are application-tested, uniquely serialized, and backed by a limited lifetime warranty — ensuring maximum reliability and network uptime.
