The Tripp Lite SmartRack SR18UB is an 18U mid-depth, half-height server rack enclosure designed for secure, efficient deployment of 19-inch rack-mount IT equipment in edge computing environments, IT closets, and micro data centers. Built from heavy-duty steel with a black powder-coated finish, this enclosure supports up to 1,000 lb of equipment in both stationary and rolling configurations.
The cabinet ships fully assembled and features adjustable vertical mounting rails that accommodate equipment depths from 3 to 32.5 inches. Perforated doors and vented panels promote front-to-rear airflow, while top and bottom cable routing ports simplify cable management and thermal control. Locking, reversible front and rear doors and removable locking side panels provide enhanced physical security and support PCI DSS compliance.
An included caster and leveling kit allows easy positioning through standard doorways, making the SR18UB a flexible and secure solution for mission-critical rack installations.
