Designed for high-density installations within a Perle Media Converter Chassis, this module enables network administrators to transparently connect 1000Base-T RJ45 ports to 1000Base-X single mode SC fiber.
With advanced features like Auto-Negotiation, Auto-MDIX, Smart Link Pass-Through, Fiber Fault Alert, VLAN transparency, and Remote Loopback, it ensures efficient troubleshooting and maximum uptime. The converter also supports jumbo packets up to 10KB, pause signaling (IEEE 802.3x), and full/half duplex operation.
