Equipped with 9 ports, including 7 x 10/100/1000Base-T RJ-45 ports (6 PoE/PoE+ capable) and 2 x 100Base-LX single-mode SC fiber ports supporting distances up to 40 km (24.9 miles), this switch delivers reliable high-speed connectivity with extended reach.
Built to withstand extreme conditions, the IDS-509F2PP6-C2SD40-XT operates in temperatures from -40°C to 75°C, and is resistant to shock, vibration, and electrical surges. Featuring the PRO software set, it offers advanced management, security, and integration capabilities such as AAA Security Services, SNMPv3, SSH, and HTTPS.
As a Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) device, it supplies up to 30W per port to powered devices including wireless access points, IP cameras, and VoIP phones, using standard UTP cabling. With Perle’s Fast Setup for plug-and-play deployment and a Cisco-style CLI, network engineers can easily configure and manage the switch for seamless integration into enterprise networks.
