Description
The Perle IDS-509F3PP6-C2SD20-SD40-XT is a rugged industrial-grade managed PoE switch designed for mission-critical networks in automation, military, oil & gas, transportation, and other harsh environments. With 9 ports including six Gigabit PoE/PoE+ RJ-45 ports and dual long-distance 100Base-LX SC fiber uplinks (20 km and 40 km), this switch ensures reliable connectivity across expansive networks.
Built for extreme operating temperatures (-40°C to 75°C) and resistant to surges, vibrations, and shocks, the IDS-509 provides enterprise-class security with PRO software features such as AAA services, SSH, HTTPS, and SNMPv3.
Engineers will appreciate Perle’s Fast Setup Plug-and-Play installation, as well as familiar CLI access via Telnet or serial console. As Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE), it delivers up to 30W per port to power devices like IP cameras, VoIP phones, and wireless access points, making it a versatile and robust solution for industrial PoE networks.
