Description
The Perle IDS-509F3PP6-C2SD40-MD2-XT is a rugged Industrial Managed PoE Switch designed for reliable networking in demanding environments such as industrial automation, military, transportation, energy, and outdoor applications. This 9-port switch provides 6 x 10/100/1000Base-T RJ-45 ports with PoE/PoE+ support, 2 x 100Base-LX single-mode SC ports (40 km), and 1 x 100Base-FX multimode SC port (5 km).
With an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +75°C, surge protection, and DIN-rail mounting, the IDS-509 ensures long-lasting durability in harsh conditions. The integrated PRO software feature set enables enterprise-grade security and management, including AAA Security Services, SSH, HTTPS, and SNMPv3.
Engineered as Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE), this switch delivers up to 30W per port to powered devices such as IP cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP phones using standard UTP cabling. Network administrators benefit from advanced management options, including CLI access, Telnet, serial console, and Fast Setup for plug-and-play deployment.
