Description
The Perle S-1110DP-S1SC80D is a feature-rich Gigabit Ethernet Stand-Alone Media Converter with PoE Power Sourcing, designed to extend copper-to-fiber connectivity while powering network devices. It supports dual 10/100/1000BASE-T (RJ-45) connections up to 100 m (328 ft.) and converts to 1000BASE-BX fiber (1590 nm TX / 1510 nm RX) via single-strand SC fiber for distances up to 80 km (50 miles).
As a Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE), this converter provides IEEE 802.3af (15.4W) PoE or IEEE 802.3at (30W) PoE+ power to standards-based devices such as IP cameras, VoIP phones, and wireless access points.
Equipped with advanced troubleshooting and reliability features—including Auto-Negotiation, Auto-MDIX, Link Pass-Through, Fiber Fault Alert, Loopback, and PD Reset—network administrators can simplify deployment, reduce downtime, and extend the life of non-fiber-based devices.
