The Perle S-1110DPP-M2ST2 is a high-performance, stand-alone Gigabit Ethernet Media Converter with integrated PoE+ (Power Sourcing Equipment) capability. Designed to extend copper network connections over fiber up to 2 km, it provides reliable connectivity between 10/100/1000BASE-T RJ-45 copper ports and 1000BASE-LX fiber (ST connector).
This media converter is ideal for powering PoE and PoE+ compliant devices such as IP cameras, VoIP phones, and wireless access points while simultaneously extending network reach over fiber cabling. With dual RJ-45 ports, administrators gain flexibility to power one or two Powered Devices (PDs) from a single converter.
