Description
The Perle S-1110P-S1SC20D Gigabit PoE Media Converter extends Ethernet networks with fiber cabling while delivering Power over Ethernet (PoE/PoE+) to powered devices such as IP cameras, VoIP phones, and wireless access points. Designed for high-performance environments, it transparently converts 10/100/1000BASE-T copper to 1000BASE-BX single-strand fiber (1490nm TX / 1310nm RX) over SC connectors with a reach of up to 20 km (12.4 miles).
As a Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) device, it supports both IEEE 802.3af (15.4W) and IEEE 802.3at (30W) standards, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of PDs. With advanced features such as Smart Link Pass-Through, Fiber Fault Alert, Auto-MDIX, and PD Reset, administrators gain efficient troubleshooting tools and reduced downtime.
