Description
The Perle S-1110PP-S2ST160 is a high-performance, stand-alone Gigabit Ethernet Media Converter with PoE+ (Power over Ethernet Plus) capabilities, designed for extending network connectivity over long distances. It converts 10/100/1000BASE-T copper (RJ-45) connections up to 100m into 1000BASE-ZX single-mode fiber (ST) links up to 160 km (100 miles).
As a Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) device, this converter provides up to 30W PoE+ power to one or two connected Powered Devices (PDs) such as IP cameras, VoIP phones, access points, and video conferencing systems.
