The Perle SMI-1000-S2LC10 Gigabit Ethernet IP Managed Standalone Media Converter provides seamless copper-to-fiber connectivity with advanced management and security features. Designed for IT professionals, this converter extends 1000Base-T copper connections up to 100m and converts to 1000Base-LX single-mode LC fiber links reaching distances up to 10km (6.2 miles), or multimode LC with an optional mode conditioning cable up to 550m (1804ft).
