The Perle SMI-1110-S2LC70 is a high-performance, IP-managed Gigabit Ethernet standalone media and rate converter designed to provide seamless copper-to-fiber connectivity. It converts 1000Base-T RJ45 (up to 100m) connections into 1000Base-ZX 1550nm single-mode LC fiber links, extending networks to distances of 70km (43.5 miles) up to 100km (62 miles).
