The Extreme Networks 4-Hour Onsite RMA Service provides rapid, technician-delivered hardware replacement support for eligible Extreme Networks 17800 equipment. This service is designed for environments where minimizing downtime is critical and ensures a qualified technician arrives onsite within four hours to perform the replacement of approved failed hardware components.
This is an RMA-only service and does not include configuration assistance, software support, or proactive monitoring. It is ideal for customers who already manage their network operations internally and require fast, hands-on hardware replacement to restore service availability.
