The Extreme Networks PW 4-Hour Onsite RMA Service provides rapid hardware replacement support for eligible Extreme Networks equipment associated with asset ID 23306. In the event of a verified hardware failure, an Extreme Networks-authorized technician is dispatched to the customer site within four hours to perform the replacement.
This service is designed exclusively for RMA fulfillment and does not include technical assistance, software support, configuration services, or proactive monitoring. It is ideal for organizations that require fast onsite hardware replacement while managing diagnostics and system administration internally.
