Description
The Edgecore AS7326-56X is a high-performance Top-of-Rack (TOR) data center switch designed for modern hyperscale and enterprise environments. In a compact 1RU form factor, it delivers line-rate Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching performance with a total switching capacity of 2 Tbps. The switch provides 48 × SFP28 ports for 10/25 GbE server connectivity and 8 × QSFP28 uplink ports, each configurable for 40 GbE or 100 GbE connections, or breakout operation for 4 × 25 GbE or 4 × 10 GbE links.
Powered by the Broadcom Trident 3 ASIC and an Intel Xeon D-1518 4-core 2.2 GHz CPU, the AS7326-56X ensures excellent forwarding performance and programmability. Its hot-swappable, load-sharing redundant -48 V DC power supplies and 5 + 1 redundant fan modules support high availability with front-to-back airflow for efficient thermal management.
Pre-loaded with the Open Network Install Environment (ONIE), it allows seamless installation of open-source or commercial Network Operating Systems (NOS), enabling flexible deployment across cloud, service provider, and enterprise data centers.
