Description
The APC NetShelter AP8841 Metered Rack PDU delivers reliable, high-capacity power distribution for data center and network rack environments. Designed in a vertical 0U form factor, it preserves valuable rack space while supporting high-density IT equipment.
This metered PDU provides real-time visibility into voltage, current, power (kW), and energy consumption (kWh), helping prevent circuit overloads and unplanned downtime. A local display enables at-a-glance monitoring, while remote management via web, SNMP, and command-line interface supports centralized power oversight.
With a 30A NEMA L6-30P input and a total capacity of 5.0kW, the AP8841 features 36 IEC C13 and 6 IEC C19 outlets to accommodate a wide range of rack devices. Locking-compatible IEC outlets reduce the risk of accidental cord disconnections. Tool-less vertical mounting allows fast installation in APC NetShelter enclosures, making this PDU an ideal solution for enterprise, colocation, and edge deployments.
