Description

The Server Technology® PRO2 Switched POPS STV-6501C PDU (Primary) is a high-density rack power distribution solution designed for enterprise and data center environments. Featuring advanced PIPS® (Per Inlet Power Sensing) and POPS® (Per Outlet Power Sensing) technology, it provides billing-grade accurate measurement of voltage, current, power, energy, and more—both at the input and outlet level.

With integrated outlet control, IT administrators can remotely cycle power to individual or grouped outlets for rebooting servers or managing unused receptacles. The STV-6501C supports hot-swappable network cards, star multi-linking to connect up to four PDUs with a single IP address, and comprehensive monitoring via SNMP, CLI, and web GUI.

Engineered for demanding data center conditions, it operates safely up to 60 °C, includes high-retention locking outlets, flexible mounting options, and color-coded PDU options. The rotatable Power Pivot™ input cord ensures compatibility with varied rack setups, while robust branch circuit protection ensures compliance with UL and IEC standards.

This model serves as a Primary PDU and can be linked to up to three additional “Link” units for extended, redundant power distribution without daisy-chain risk.
