Powered by 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6) technology, the SonicWave 641 supports MU-MIMO 4x4, enabling high-density environments to enjoy faster throughput, reduced latency, and better reliability.
With dual-band radios (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), scanning radio, and integrated Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE/BT 5.0), this AP is ideal for supporting mobile, IoT, and business applications. It supports up to 256 maximum / 150 recommended clients per radio, making it suitable for schools, offices, and distributed enterprises.
For management, the SonicWave 641 integrates seamlessly with SonicWall Wireless Network Manager (WNM) and firewall-based control through SonicOS 7.1.1 and above. Advanced security features include rogue AP detection, wireless intrusion prevention (WIPS), and secure guest access. This 3-year license edition includes Advanced Secure Wireless Network Management and Support.
