The Eaton Tripp Lite BP48V24-2U is a 48V external rackmount battery pack designed to extend the runtime of compatible Tripp Lite UPS systems. Built in a compact 2U form factor, it installs easily into standard 19-inch racks and includes heavy-gauge DC cabling for a secure, high-current connection to supported UPS units.
Ideal for data centers, network closets, and mission-critical environments, this external battery pack provides additional backup time without increasing the footprint of your existing UPS deployment. The BP48V24-2U supports 4-post rack mounting out of the box, with optional accessories available for 2-post and front-rail installations. For expanded runtime requirements, up to two battery packs can be connected per UPS using an optional DC splitter.
