The MiTAC TYAN Thunder CX GC68A-B7136 (B7136G68AV4E8HR) is a high-density 1U dual-socket cloud server designed for mainstream cloud, virtualization, and scale-out workloads. Built on the Intel C741 chipset, it supports 4th and 5th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors and DDR5 memory, delivering excellent compute density and memory bandwidth in a compact rack footprint.
This platform supports up to 2TB of DDR5 RDIMM or 3DS RDIMM memory across 16 DIMM slots, making it well-suited for memory-intensive applications. Flexible storage configuration includes hot-swap bays for both SATA and NVMe U.2 drives, enabling fast data access and scalable storage performance.
With PCIe Gen 5 expansion, redundant 80 PLUS Platinum power supplies, and onboard IPMI with iKVM for remote management, the Thunder CX GC68A-B7136 offers reliability, performance, and serviceability for modern data center and cloud environments.
