The Edgecore Wedge-16X-AC is a high-performance 40GbE top-of-rack or spine switch designed for modern open networking environments. Built on a robust bare-metal platform, it features 16 QSFP+ ports that deliver wire-speed Layer 2/3 switching and support configurations of up to 64 × 10GbE links through breakout cables.
The switch includes dual hot-swappable AC power supply units (PSUs) for redundancy and reliability. It is optimized for data center applications requiring high bandwidth, scalability, and interoperability with network operating systems like SONiC, FBOSS, or Open Network Linux.
Engineered with data center efficiency in mind, the Wedge-16X-AC provides enterprise-class performance in a compact 1RU form factor with efficient cooling and power consumption.
