The Edgecore Wedge100BF-32QS-O-AC-F is a high-performance, open network Top-of-Rack (ToR) or spine switch designed for modern data centers. Built on Intel’s programmable Tofino switch silicon, it delivers line-rate Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching with an aggregate throughput of 6.4 Tbps in a compact 1RU form factor.
Equipped with 32 × QSFP28 ports, each supporting 100 GbE or 40 GbE — and via breakout cables, 4 × 25 GbE, 2 × 50 GbE, or 4 × 10 GbE — this switch offers flexible high-density connectivity for spine-leaf and hyperscale environments.
The switch features dual hot-swappable AC power supplies, redundant fans, and port-to-power airflow, ensuring efficient cooling and continuous uptime. Pre-loaded with the Open Network Install Environment (ONIE), it allows seamless deployment of compatible open-source or commercial Network Operating Systems (NOS).
