30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, products must be:

in the same condition as received

factory sealed and unopened

with all original packaging, materials, and accessories

accompanied by proof of purchase
Opened, used, or installed products cannot be returned unless defective.
To start a return, contact us at info@avendor.com. Returns sent back without approval or an assigned RMA will not be accepted.
Damages, Missing Items, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives:
contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.
For freight/LTL shipments, any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Custom, built-to-order, special-order products (e.g., LED video walls)

Opened audio products or components

Software, licenses, and digital goods

Any product not returned in original, sealed condition

Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including:
Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
All non-defective returns are subject to a 20%–30% restocking fee, depending on the product category and manufacturer requirements.
This fee covers:

OEM/manufacturer restocking charges

inspection and re-stocking labor
-
packaging and processing costs
Restocking fees are standard in the professional AV industry and are disclosed upfront for full transparency.
Credit Card Processing Fee
While AVENDOR does not charge credit card processing fees on purchases, please note:
A 3% processing fee applies only to returned or canceled orders paid by credit card.
This covers the non-refundable transaction cost charged by card processors.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding approval.
If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow your bank or credit card provider additional time to post the credit.
