The APC AP8661 is a second-generation Rack PDU with Metered-by-Outlet and Switching functionality, designed to provide advanced, customizable power distribution and management. With 21 C13 and 3 C19 outlets, this ZeroU vertical unit allows individual outlet-level metering and remote switching to control power usage, reboot locked equipment, and prevent unauthorized use.
Built-in features include power sequencing delays to manage power recovery, real-time load metering, and user-defined alarms to prevent overloads. Integrated with a temperature/humidity sensor port and locking IEC receptacles, the unit is accessible via secure Web, SNMP, or Telnet interfaces. Seamlessly integrates with APC’s Centralized Management platforms including InfraStruxure Central, Capacity Manager, and Change Manager.
