The Epson 1-Year Preferred Plus Next-Business-Day On-Site Repair Extended Service Plan with Printhead Self-Service (Out of Coverage) is designed for SureColor® F9570 Series printers that are no longer under warranty or an existing service plan.
Before activation, hardware must undergo a Virtual Product Inspection (VPI) to confirm eligibility. Once approved, you gain peace of mind with next-business-day on-site repair service, performed by Epson Certified Technicians using genuine Epson parts.
This plan also includes printhead self-service capability—allowing you to purchase a replacement printhead at a discounted rate from Epson and install it yourself (Epson Cloud Solution PORT® account required). Please note that printhead cost and labor are not covered under this plan.
