The Allied Telesis AT-MCF3000/8LC is a high-performance media converter module designed for use in the MCF3300 modular chassis. Featuring 8 LC Gigabit fiber ports (1000Base-SX) and 8 RJ-45 copper ports (10/100/1000Base-T), this module enables seamless connectivity between fiber and copper Ethernet networks.
Built for multi-mode fiber at 850 nm, it supports transmission distances of up to 0.55 km, making it ideal for intra-building deployments in smart buildings, data centers, and enterprise LANs. The unit is rack-mountable and TAA-compliant, ensuring compatibility and security for government and commercial applications.
Designed for managed environments, the MCF3000/8LC can be configured and monitored remotely through SNMPv3, SSH, Web, Telnet, or console, and provides strong access control, VLAN separation for management traffic, and encryption for secure operation.
